WHAT I CONSIDER THE BMX'S COME UP OF 2007

Whats up its spam, I sat down for a minut after work today to talk to adam who is the owner of thecomeupbmx.net its a awsome site that is updated everyday and usualy more then once a day adam was nice enouf to take the time to answer a few questions that kids mite be wondering them selfs
ADAM WHAT MADE YOU START THE COME UP AND WHAT DIRECTION IS IT GOING TORDS :
I started The Come Up about a year ago because I noticed there were so many good videos being posted online and I wanted to make a place to post them so they would be saved and not just forgotten about. over time i got into posting news, photos, interviews etc. Pretty much just whatever I think kids are into. As far as where the site is going, I'm just trying to keep it going... I have new ideas every once in a while to expand the site, but it's all based around the same basic idea, just giving the kids what they want, because I think that most of the other BMX sites have huge flaws that make kids not even really want to check them. I could write a book about that.
I NOTICED YOU HAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF SPONSORS FOR THE SITE HOWS THAT WORKING OUT ? :
Rich from Lotek first gave me the idea to do ads. I was about to go on vacation to Florida with my girlfriend and he IMed me right before I turned off my computer to leave letting me know that if I ever did advertisements that he would want Lotek to be on board. On vacation I had a lot of time to think about what I thought I could accomplish with the site, and I realized that I wasn't even close to using the site to it's full potential. When I got back I just started working really hard to get the site to where it is now. I'm really happy about all the sponsors, they are all companies I really respect. I wouldn't take an ad from a company I thought was lame because I feel like it would bring the stock of the entire site down. The money isn't worth that. I've got a few other brands getting on board soon too, I'm very excited about what the future is going to hold.
IM PSYCHED FOR YOU MAN GOOD JOB, NOW DOES THE COME UP HAVE A TEAM OR IS THAT SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT TO DO WITH THE SITE ? :
There isn't an official team, but hopefully as the clothing side of things gets more serious I can get a more official team going. If I could hook up some riders It would probably just be my friends who are sick... Steve-O, Mike Brennan, Blackman, Big James, Jake Seeley etc. I have a bunch of signature shirt designs for some of those riders that I'd like to get done eventually, that should be cool.
I KNOW THERE IS A SHIRT OUT ALREADY IS IT STILL OUT OR ARE YOU GOING TO JUST MAKE NEW ONES , IF SO WHERE CAN KIDS GET THEM? :
I have one long sleeve design done so far. I've got a couple of designs in mind that I should have done soon. They are going to be available from Dans Comp and hopefully at a couple of shops if I can work that out. Nation, Goods etc. There are so many good street riders out there that aren't getting money from riding... hopefully with the whole signature shirt thing, I can help some kids out.
OK ADAM THANKS FOR ANSWERING SOME QUESTIONS,ILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE SHURE THE COMEUP LINE IS IN NATION BMX. IS THERE ANYTHING UD LIKE TO ADD? :
Yeah I'd just like to send a shout out to my girlfriend Katie, she's awesome when she's not on her period. One love to all the street shredders and Spam for doing this interview and keeping it real with Nation. PEACE.
